PRETORIA – The City of Tshwane has been on a mission to collect money owed for power.
The Mayor, Celliers Brink visited properties in Brooklyn, Waterkloof Glen and Elardus Park on Tuesday to disconnect power to homes that owe hundreds of thousands of rand.
He says some illegal connections were found in very affluent suburbs.
